Depression and anxiety are two of the most painful emotional problems to deal with.  They drain your world of joy and keep you from enjoying your life Depression and anxiety is be caused by brain chemisty or negative life experiences. Genetics, hormone levels, stress, grief and los and certain medical conditions are also frequently the cause. Everyone is unique but for most people it is a combination of these factors that is the cause.

I am here to give you hope.  Through treatment, depression and anxiety can melt away or become greatly diminished. Using a combination of insight oriented psychotherapy, cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy and mindfulness, my goal is to support each person to live the life they envision,  free from the bonds of negativity that rob you of that joy.
